RECIPES WITH KEFIR
Salad with Kefir Dressing
Preparation time: 10 minutes
INGREDIENTS (serves 2 people)
For the salad
1 bag of beetroot leaves
1 bag of mixed green salad leaves
½ package of dried cranberries
½ package of walnuts
2 small green pears, cut into thin strips
STAMOU graviera cheese flakes
For the dressing
1 bottle of STAMOU kefir (natural flavour)
1 tbsp olive oil
Juice and zest of 1 lemon
2 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
2 tbsp fresh basil, finely chopped
1 tbsp fresh thyme, finely chopped
2 tbsp fresh chives, finely chopped
¼ tbsp garlic powder
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp honey
Salt and pepper
METHOD
- Place all the dressing ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
- Place the salad leaves in a large bowl together with the cranberries, walnuts, sliced pears, and graviera cheese flakes.
- Add half of the dressing, and mix well.
- Serve the salad with the remaining dressing on the side.
Tip: You can keep any extra dressing in the refrigerator for 3 days.
