Salad with Kefir Dressing

Salad with Kefir Dressing

Preparation time: 10 minutes

INGREDIENTS (serves 2 people)

For the salad
1 bag of beetroot leaves
1 bag of mixed green salad leaves
½ package of dried cranberries
½ package of walnuts
2 small green pears, cut into thin strips
STAMOU graviera cheese flakes

For the dressing
1 bottle of STAMOU kefir (natural flavour)
1 tbsp olive oil
Juice and zest of 1 lemon
2 tbsp fresh ​parsley, finely chopped
2 tbsp fresh basil, finely chopped
1 tbsp fresh thyme, finely chopped
2 tbsp fresh chives, finely chopped
¼ tbsp garlic powder
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp honey
Salt and pepper

METHOD

  1. Place all the dressing ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Place the salad leaves in a large bowl together with the cranberries, walnuts, sliced pears, and graviera cheese flakes.
  3. Add half of the dressing, and mix well.
  4. Serve the salad with the remaining dressing on the side.

Tip: You can keep any extra dressing in the refrigerator for 3 days.
