Overnight Oats

Overnight Oats

Preparation time: 10 minutes

INGREDIENTS (serves 2-4 people)

500 ml STAMOU fresh cow’s milk
50 g oats
4 tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp cinnamon
1 banana, mashed with a fork

For serving:
4 tsp peanut butter
1 tsp raspberry jam
10 strawberries
2 tbsp chopped pistachios

METHOD

 

  1. In a sealable storage container, combine the milk, oats, chia seeds, cinnamon, and mashed banana.
  2. Stir well and refrigerate overnight.
  3. The next morning, divide the mixture into small bowls or glass jars. If it has thickened too much, loosen it with a little milk.
  4. Add a layer of jam followed by a layer of peanut butter on top.
  5. Garnish with strawberries and chopped pistachios.
  6. Optionally, drizzle with honey before serving
