RECIPES WITH MILK
Overnight Oats
Preparation time: 10 minutes
INGREDIENTS (serves 2-4 people)
500 ml STAMOU fresh cow’s milk
50 g oats
4 tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp cinnamon
1 banana, mashed with a fork
For serving:
4 tsp peanut butter
1 tsp raspberry jam
10 strawberries
2 tbsp chopped pistachios
METHOD
- In a sealable storage container, combine the milk, oats, chia seeds, cinnamon, and mashed banana.
- Stir well and refrigerate overnight.
- The next morning, divide the mixture into small bowls or glass jars. If it has thickened too much, loosen it with a little milk.
- Add a layer of jam followed by a layer of peanut butter on top.
- Garnish with strawberries and chopped pistachios.
- Optionally, drizzle with honey before serving
