RECIPES WITH KEFIR
Kefir Pancakes with Peanut Butter and Fruit
Preparation time: 15 minutes
Serves: 2 people
INGREDIENTS
FOR THE PANCAKES
100 g oats
15 g whole wheat flour
30 g cocoa protein
3 eggs
100 ml STAMOU natural flavor kefir
70 g STAMOU Rich yogurt
20 g honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
FOR FRYING
1 tbsp coconut oil
FOR SERVING
200 g fresh blueberries
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp peanut butter
1 banana, sliced
METHOD
- Blend the oats in a blender until powdery.
- Add all the remaining pancake ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth.
- Heat the coconut oil in a medium-sized pan.
- Add one tablespoon of the batter and cook for 2 minutes on each side. Repeat with the remaining batter.
- Serve the pancakes with blueberries, honey, banana, and peanut butter.
