660ml STAMOU kefir
2 small ripe bananas, frozen
60 g cocoa (powder)
3 tsp honey or agave syrup (optional)
1 tbsp cocoa flakes for garnish
METHOD
1. Add the kefir, cocoa powder and chopped banana to a blender.
2. Blend until velvety. If desired, add honey.
3. Serve in 2 glasses and garnish with cocoa flakes or chocolate shavings.
