RECIPES WITH YOGHURT
Kefir Bowl with Oats and Fruit
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Servings: 4 bowls
INGREDIENTS
FOR THE BASE
2 STAMOU kefirs, natural flavor
Zest of 1 lime
3 tbsp maple syrup or honey
1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
200 g oats
Shredded coconut
Chia seeds
FOR THE TOPPING
1 tsp chia seeds
1 banana, sliced
1 peach, sliced
200 g blueberries
2 tbsp toasted coconut flakes
2 tbsp granola
METHOD
- To prepare the base, mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and then divide into smaller bowls.
- Add the toppings and enjoy your kefir bowl.
Tip: You can store the bowls in the fridge and enjoy them the next morning for breakfast.
