Ice Pops with Yogurt & Fruit

Ice Pops with Yogurt & Fruit

Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Servings: 6–8

INGREDIENTS

120g heavy cream
2 STAMOU Plousio yoghurts
100g honey
1 kiwi, thinly sliced
1 mango, diced
10 strawberries, quartered
6 tbsp granola

METHOD

  1. Slice the fruit.
  2. Whisk the cream with a hand whisk until it just begins to form soft peaks.
  3. Add the yogurt and honey, and mix well.
  4. Stir in half of the chopped fruit.
  5. Pour the mixture into dry ice pop molds, taking care not to trap air bubbles.
  6. Gently tap the molds on the counter to release any air pockets.
  7. Decorate with the remaining fruit and sprinkle granola at the base of each pop.
  8. Insert popsicle sticks in the center of each mold and transfer to the freezer using a tray.
  9. Freeze for at least 8 hours before enjoying.
