RECIPES WITH YOGHURT
Ice Pops with Yogurt & Fruit
Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Servings: 6–8
INGREDIENTS
120g heavy cream
2 STAMOU Plousio yoghurts
100g honey
1 kiwi, thinly sliced
1 mango, diced
10 strawberries, quartered
6 tbsp granola
METHOD
- Slice the fruit.
- Whisk the cream with a hand whisk until it just begins to form soft peaks.
- Add the yogurt and honey, and mix well.
- Stir in half of the chopped fruit.
- Pour the mixture into dry ice pop molds, taking care not to trap air bubbles.
- Gently tap the molds on the counter to release any air pockets.
- Decorate with the remaining fruit and sprinkle granola at the base of each pop.
- Insert popsicle sticks in the center of each mold and transfer to the freezer using a tray.
- Freeze for at least 8 hours before enjoying.
