Fondue with graviera cheese

Fondue with graviera cheese

Preparation time: 15 minutes
Cooking time: 10 minutes

INGREDIENTS (serves 4 people)
1 clove of garlic
2 packets of STAMOU graviera cheese
150 ml dry white wine
1 tsp cornflour

Accompaniments
1 white bread baguette, cut into cubes
10 pickled cucumbers
8 baby carrots, peeled
10 radishes
1 head of broccoli, in florets
8 cherry tomatoes

METHOD

  1. Place the fondue pot or saucepan over a very low heat.
  2. Rub the hot pan with the crushed garlic clove and remove.
  3. Heat 2/3 of the wine.
  4. Once the wine is heated, add 1/3 of the cheese and stir gently with a wooden spoon until it starts to melt.
  5. Slowly add the rest of the cheese.
  6. Mix the cornflour with the rest of the wine and add it to the pot.
  7. Stir with the wooden spoon for 5-6 minutes until the mixture is evenly melted.
  8. Remove from the heat.
  9. Serve the cheese fondue in the pot on the special fondue stand, to keep it warm.
  10. Dip the accompanying ingredients into the melted cheese and enjoy!
