RECIPES WITH CHEESE
Fondue with graviera cheese
Preparation time: 15 minutes
Cooking time: 10 minutes
INGREDIENTS (serves 4 people)
1 clove of garlic
2 packets of STAMOU graviera cheese
150 ml dry white wine
1 tsp cornflour
Accompaniments
1 white bread baguette, cut into cubes
10 pickled cucumbers
8 baby carrots, peeled
10 radishes
1 head of broccoli, in florets
8 cherry tomatoes
METHOD
- Place the fondue pot or saucepan over a very low heat.
- Rub the hot pan with the crushed garlic clove and remove.
- Heat 2/3 of the wine.
- Once the wine is heated, add 1/3 of the cheese and stir gently with a wooden spoon until it starts to melt.
- Slowly add the rest of the cheese.
- Mix the cornflour with the rest of the wine and add it to the pot.
- Stir with the wooden spoon for 5-6 minutes until the mixture is evenly melted.
- Remove from the heat.
- Serve the cheese fondue in the pot on the special fondue stand, to keep it warm.
- Dip the accompanying ingredients into the melted cheese and enjoy!
