RECIPES WITH YOGHURT
Chicken fillets with yoghurt and paprika
INGREDIENTS (serves 4 people)
200 g STAMOU Plousio yoghurt with 2% fat
4 chicken breast fillets (800g approximately)
2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour
60 ml olive oil
1 onion, sliced
60 ml white wine
1 red pepper, sliced into strips
1 green pepper, sliced into strips
1 tablespoon of smoked paprika
1-2 tablespoons of parsley, roughly chopped
Salt and freshly ground pepper
METHOD
- Cut the chicken into portions, sprinkle with a little flour and brown in olive oil for 3-4 minutes on all sides.
- Add the onions and peppers and continue to sauté for 3-4 minutes.
- Deglaze with wine.
- Add paprika and parsley.
- Slow cook for 30 minutes, in a covered pan.
- Add the yoghurt, then mix and cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Serve with sauté potatoes or rice pilaf.
