RECIPES WITH CHEESE
Cheese Fondue Served in a Pumpkin
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 45 minutes
INGREDIENTS (for 6 people)
1 medium pumpkin
Olive oil
400 g STAMOU graviera cheese
1 tbsp mustard
80 ml heavy cream
300 ml cider or white wine
2 garlic cloves
1 baguette, cut into cubes for serving
METHOD
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Cut off the top of the pumpkin and remove the fibers and seeds.
- Drizzle with a little olive oil, replace the lid, and roast for 15 minutes.
- Grate the graviera cheese (using the fine side of the grater) and place it in a bowl with mustard, heavy cream, cider, and garlic cloves.
- Stir the mixture and fill the pumpkin with it.
- Roast for 25–30 minutes until the graviera cheese has melted and serve with the bread cubes.
