RECIPES WITH YOGHURT
Yogurt pancakes with blueberries and honey
INGREDIENTS (for 10 – 12 pancakes)
200 g STAMOU Plousio yoghurt with 5% fat
120 g self-raising flour
50 ml milk
1 egg (optional)
¼ tsp salt
50 g butter
150 g blueberries
Honey for serving
100 g butter for frying
METHOD
- Mix flour with salt.
- Beat the egg with the yoghurt and milk, and slowly pour the mixture into the center of the bowl with the flour, stirring until all the ingredients are well incorporated.
- Then pour the butter and half of the blueberries into the mixture and stir in carefully.
- Heat the butter in a large non-stick pan over medium heat, and add tablespoons of the batter.
- When golden on one side, turn them over to cook on the other side.
- Serve the pancakes with the rest of the blueberries and honey.
