RECIPES WITH YOGHURT
Yoghurt marinated pork fillets
INGREDIENTS (serves 4-6 people)
300 g STAMOU Plousio yoghurt with 10% fat
800 g pork brisket, sliced into thin fillets
2 onions, grated
2 cloves of garlic, roughly chopped
200 g tomatoes, grated
½ bunch of parsley, roughly chopped
Salt and freshly ground pepper
Rice to serve
METHOD
- Transfer the yoghurt, grated onions, grated tomatoes, parsley and garlic into a deep bowl and mix together.
- Place the pork fillets in the mixture.
- Leave them to marinate for approximately 4-5 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Remove the pork fillets from the marinade and lay them in an oven-safe dish/pan lined with baking paper. Season the fillets with salt and pepper and bake for 30-40 minutes.
- Prepare the rice, following the directions on the package, strain and add 2 tablespoons of butter.
- Serve the pork fillets with the rice and the roughly chopped parsley.
