Tiramisu Affogato with Parfait Cream Ice Cream

Tiramisu Affogato with Parfait Cream Ice Cream

Preparation time: 10 minutes
Serves:  2 people

INGREDIENTS

FOR THE BASE
8 lady finger biscuits
1 shot of espresso
1 tsp brown sugar
4 scoops STAMOU parfait cream ice-cream

FOR THE GARNISH
Cocoa
Coffee beans

METHOD

  1. In a bowl, place the coffee with the sugar and stir.
  2. Dip the lady fingers in the mixture for 5 seconds and then place 2 at the bottom of a cup. On top, place one scoop of ice-cream and repeat the process once more (another 2 lady fingers and then another scoop of ice-cream).
  3. Repeat in the second cup.
  4. Sprinkle with cocoa and decorate with coffee beans.
