Spicy pepper salad

Spicy pepper salad

INGREDIENTS (serves 6 people)

250 g STAMOU Plousio yoghurt with 10% fat
100 g STAMOU crumbled goat’s cheese
2 medium Florina peppers
2 tablespoons of olive oil
Pinch of oregano
1.5 teaspoons of crushed red pepper

METHOD

  1. Roast the Florina peppers in grill pan and peel once they soften.
  2. Mash in the blender and add to a bowl with the yoghurt, goat’s cheese, crushed red pepper and olive oil, and mix well. (For a smoother texture, these can be mashed in the blender as well).
  3. Sprinkle fresh oregano over the top and serve with pieces of roasted bread or rusks.
