RECIPES WITH YOGHURT
Spicy pepper salad
INGREDIENTS (serves 6 people)
250 g STAMOU Plousio yoghurt with 10% fat
100 g STAMOU crumbled goat’s cheese
2 medium Florina peppers
2 tablespoons of olive oil
Pinch of oregano
1.5 teaspoons of crushed red pepper
METHOD
- Roast the Florina peppers in grill pan and peel once they soften.
- Mash in the blender and add to a bowl with the yoghurt, goat’s cheese, crushed red pepper and olive oil, and mix well. (For a smoother texture, these can be mashed in the blender as well).
- Sprinkle fresh oregano over the top and serve with pieces of roasted bread or rusks.
