RECIPES WITH CHEESE
Pizza lava toast with gouda & feta cheese
Prep time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 10 minutes
Serves: 4 pieces
INGREDIENTS
4 slices of bread of your choice
For the Pepperoni pizza toast
1 cup pizza sauce
1 slice pack STAMOU Gouda cheese, crumbled
6 slices pepperoni
1 green bell pepper, sliced
Fresh basil leaves
For the Greek-Style pizza toast
1 cup pizza sauce
1 pack Feta STAMOU PDO, crumbled
8 cherry tomatoes, halved
½ red onion, thinly sliced
6 green olives, pitted
Fresh oregano
METHOD
- Preheat your oven grill to 250°C.
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper and place the bread slices on it. Spread a spoonful of pizza sauce over each slice, all the way to the edges.
- Top with cheese and your preferred toppings (Pepperoni or Greek-style).
- Bake for 5–10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
- Garnish with fresh herbs and enjoy!
