RECIPES WITH MILK
Individual cakes in a cup
INGREDIENTS (for 1 cup)
3 tbsp butter
4 tbsp self-raising flour
4 tbsp sugar
1 medium egg, beaten
3 tbsp STAMOU fresh cow’s milk
2 tbsp blackberries, strawberries or blueberries
Zest of 1 lemon
To garnish:
Thick whipped chantilly cream
Coarsely grated milk chocolate shavings
Blackberries
METHOD
- Mix the flour and sugar.
- Add the egg and milk and stir again.
- Melt the butter and pour it into the mixture, together with a little lemon zest. Mix well.
- Pour the mixture and the blueberries into a large cup or mug and place it in the center of the microwave oven.
- Cook the cake on the highest setting for about 2 minutes, until it thickens and stops rising.
- Let the cake stand for a little while and garnish with lemon zest, or anything else you fancy.
