RECIPES WITH YOGHURT
Grilled Chicken Drumsticks in Spicy Yoghurt Crust

Serves: 4 people
INGREDIENTS
12 chicken drumsticks with skin
¼ cup olive oil
200 ml STAMOU Plousio yoghurt
1 tbsp cumin seeds
1 tbsp coriander seeds
2 tsp turmeric
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tbsp chili powder
1 tbsp salt
Juice of 2 limes
Fresh coriander and lime wedges for serving
Pita breads
METHOD
- Score the chicken drumsticks with a knife.
- In a bowl, combine the yoghurt, spices, salt, olive oil, and lime juice.
- Rub the yoghurt mixture over the drumsticks and refrigerate for 1–2 hours to marinate.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Arrange the marinated drumsticks on a baking tray and roast for 45–50 minutes.
- Cut the pita bread into triangles and warm them in the oven.
- Serve the roasted drumsticks with pita, lime wedges, and fresh coriander leaves.
