RECIPES WITH KEFIR
Frozen Kefir bars with granola and fruits
INGREDIENTS (for 9 bars)
300 ml STAMOU kefir (natural flavour)
400 g STAMOU Plousio yoghurt with 5% fat
1 cup strawberries, finely chopped
2 – 3 tbsp blueberries
½ cup granola
2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
METHOD
- Mix the honey with the kefir and yoghurt.
- Add half of the fruit and the granola, and stir carefully.
- Spread the mixture on a 20×20 cm baking tin lined with baking paper.
- Sprinkle with the remaining fruit.
- Place in the freezer until completely frozen (about 4 hours).
- Remove from the freezer and cut into bars with a knife, or break into pieces by hand.
