Fresh sheep’s milk yoghurt 2% - with skin
Our yoghurt is produced from milk that has been fermented with natural yeast cultures from the yoghurt itself. True to tradition, we prepare our yoghurt by filling each pot one-by-one and placing the yeast in the same way. The soft texture and slightly sour taste of the yoghurt is due to the lactic acid content.
