Fresh goat’s milk
Our STAMOU fresh goat’s milk is gathered daily, before dawn, with our own collection tanks, from farms that produce milk exclusively for us. Just a few hours later it has reached our customers, pure and pasteurized, with the unique and unchanged taste that we were raised on.

Our goat’s milk is 100% fresh Greek milk which is collected daily and is not highly pasteurized. This is why our goat’s milk, just like the rest of our milk products, has a short shelf life.
